Polka Dots

Trend of the Month is pattern mixing by Marionberry. My two loves in one picture polka dots and fitted pants. I love polka dots. I rarely see polka dots in brown and cream pattern. When I saw my mom bought this material, I knew I wanted pants sewn with it. My tailor in Nigeria made this. Being so tall, I have to get most of my pants sewn so they are long and fitted.



I decided to go neutral with my pattern because this look can be worn during all seasons. The pants can be worn with a colorful or a white plain button down shirt.


For accessories I paired the outfit with a simple gold bangles and watch, also a pearl chandelier earring. I love neutral but I had to make it summery with a pop of color from the purse. I love this turquoise color, it makes a statement. The shoes are also nude color. The purse is from TjMaxx and I love their purse collection. They have high quality purses for low prices.


The finished look: I must say I am proud of it. It is so hot in good ole Texas I could barely keep my eyes open.
